Wyreflex Heavy Duty Double Ply Rubberised Ducting
Wyreflex is a traditonal style heavy duty ducting that still has many followers in the market, having been around for over 50 years.
Manufactured using 2 plies of rubber coated fabric which encapsulate a high tensile spring helix . Wyreflex is a tough, robust ducting and was traditionally used for welding fume extraction, abrasive dusts and particle and small solids extraction.
Arguably there are better modern alternatives such as Polyurethane( PU) for abrasion applications but based on the adage “ if it isn’t broken, don’t mend it “ Wyreflex is still preferred by discerning buyers for specific applications.
Temperature range -55°C to +130°C.
Supplied in 4m lengths.
Commonly referred to as Wyrem type.
