Trusted Fluid Transfer for Waste Handling Operations
Integraflex supplies a comprehensive range of industrial hoses, couplings, and fittings purpose-built for waste management applications.
From municipal sewer jetting and effluent discharge to hazardous liquid waste transfer and leachate management, our products are selected and assembled to
meet the physical and chemical demands of your operation.
Based on Teesside, since 2008, our team of experienced hose assembly specialists provides same-day quotations, rapid dispatch, and full on-site support for waste management contractors, water utilities, civil engineering firms, and industrial plant operators.
Hose & Equipment for Every Waste Management Application
Our waste management product range covers the full spectrum of liquid waste handling, from high-pressure sewer jetting to low-pressure effluent suction and delivery. All hoses are available cut to length or as finished assemblies with your choice of couplings
and end fittings.
Sewer Jetting Hose
High-pressure hose for drain and sewer jetting operations. Hydrostatic testing is mandatory on all assemblies above 16 bar, with test certificates supplied as standard.
Suction & Delivery Hose
Neptune-series suction and delivery hose for water and liquid waste transfer. Available in diameters from 25mm to 305mm, with working pressures from 10 to 20 bar.
Chemical Resistant Hose
UHMWPE-lined and EPDM chemical hoses for hazardous liquid waste, leachate and aggressive effluent transfer where material compatibility is critical.
Layflat Hose
Lightweight, compact storage solution for high-volume water and waste discharge. Ideal for temporary bypass and dewatering operations on site.
Couplings & Fittings
Bauer-type leverlocks, Cam & Groove Camlocks, Storz, Guillemin and Tankwagon fittings, all stocked in aluminium, stainless steel and polypropylene.
MannTek Dry Disconnect Couplings
Zero-spill dry disconnect couplings for safe connection and disconnection of liquid waste transfer lines, minimising operator exposure and environmental risk.

Full traceability and compliance
Increasingly we are asked to give each hose a specific identification number on a durable tag, and our Hose I.D. ensures that the hose assemblies are fully traceable and comply with site requirements.
Full hydrostatic and electrical continuity tests are available on a wide range of rubber & thermoplastic hoses and test certificates can be issued for individual hoses at a small cost.

Hose Asset Management
Improving Safety, Reducing Downtime
Unplanned hose failures in waste management operations can mean costly downtime, environmental incidents, and safety risks to personnel. Our cloud-based hose asset management service helps waste contractors and utilities take a proactive approach to hose maintenance and compliance.
We work directly with your engineering and maintenance teams to build a full hose inventory, carry out visual inspections and hydrostatic pressure tests, update records in our asset register, and flag hoses approaching their retest date. Every hose that fails inspection receives a full technical report.

Why Integraflex
Waste management operations place unique demands on fluid transfer equipment, abrasive slurries, corrosive leachate, high-cycle vacuum suction, and extreme temperature variation. Getting the hose specification wrong creates real operational and safety risk. Our team has the depth of product knowledge and practical industry experience to get it right first time.
We hold extensive stock across our full range, so whether you need a replacement coupling for a breakdown or a fully specified hose assembly for a new contract, we can respond quickly.
