Metallic Hose

Our metallic hose assemblies are well proven in a wide variety of demanding industries including nuclear, gas, electricity, petrochemical and automotive. Whether the requirements are for exceptional flexibility, the protection of sensitive cables, an insulated hose, colour coded hose or multi-layer hoses encapsulated in an outer hose. We can match those needs exactly. Special anti-scuff protection, hand protectors and spring guards are also available.

We supply fully welded corrugated Stainless Steel Catering Gas Hose Assemblies manufactured to a high specification to meet the legal requirements of gas supply in catering appliances using first, second and third family gases. Our hoses come with a quick-release valved coupling which cuts off the gas supply when disconnected.

In addition to our Premier Range, we also offer a Heavy Duty Premier Plus range, which has a single layer of stainless steel 304L wire over braiding for additional mechanical strength, supplied with a yellow PVC cover.

Moulded Rubber Bellows are designed to compensate for misalignment, neutralise movement and reduce noise and vibration in pipelines. They effectively dampen the transmission of sound and vibration from plant items in building service installations, and can be used for many applications including water, oils, chemicals, gases and in the food industry depending upon the grade of the rubber.

They are available from 25mm nb to 600mm nb (1″nb to 24″nb) and generally come complete with zinc plated carbon steel swivel backing flanges. They can be drilled to suit any table or special drillings and can be supplied either tied or untied.
