Tuprestige CR is a 10bar brewery & distillery hose but features a thermoplastic helix instead of a steel helix. This makes the hose lighter in weight than standard Tuprestige but it’s main feature is the ability for the hose to regain its shape if it is accidently crushed.

Tuprestige CR is a premium suction and delivery hose suitable for transferring:

ItIt features a Butyl rubber liner which is generally considered the best possible
rubber compound with low permeation and excellent chemical resistance. This
results in a hose that can withstand the rigours of regular CIP cleaning and
will last longer in service than other rubber compounds. Butyl is perfect for
non-smell, non toxic, non-taint requirements.

Approved in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.260 -rubber products intended for repeated use in manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, packaging, transporting or holding food. Tuprestige CR is suitable for suction and delivery of most food products.

Tuprestige CR also complies with the following tests:

• BFR XXI – Cat 2 – German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment –
  Commodities based on natural & synthetic rubber
• DM 21/03/1973 – Italy – Health Ministry Decree – hygienic rules for
  products to come into contact with foodstuffs.
• Regulation 1935/2004/ CE – EU Food materials and articles which are
  intended to come into contact with food
• Notice No 370,1959 – Japan – Specifications and standards for products
  for use with Food
• 3-A RPSCQC for (62-02) Hose Assemblies – Standard for parts used to
  convey liquid used in dairy and food production
• Arrêté du 5 août 2020 – France – Rubber materials intended to come
  into contact with foodstuffs.
