Pureflex PUMD is a high-performance polyurethane ducting solution designed for demanding industrial environments where durability and longevity are essential. Manufactured from premium ester-based PU ducting, this medium-duty hose features a thicker 0.6mm wall, delivering superior abrasion resistance and a longer service life compared to lighter-weight alternatives.

This robust clear ducting is ideal for woodworking ducting, sawdust extraction ducting, and heavy-use dust extraction ducting systems. It performs exceptionally well when conveying abrasive materials such as wood dust, powders, fibres, and small pellets, making it a reliable choice for continuous extraction and industrial air handling. 

Applications

Pureflex PUMD is widely used in woodworking ducting systems, dust collection units, and industrial extraction setups where durability is critical. It is particularly well suited to sawdust extraction ducting and centralised dust extraction ducting systems, as well as extraction arms and CNC machinery where oil mist and fine particulates need to be efficiently removed.

Construction

Manufactured from transparent, high-quality ester-based polyurethane ducting, this hose combines strength with flexibility. A high tensile spring steel helix is fully embedded within the wall, ensuring structural integrity while maintaining a smooth internal bore for efficient airflow. The 0.6mm wall thickness is consistent across all sizes, providing dependable performance in more abrasive environments.
