Pureflex Heavy is designed for the most demanding abrasion and  features a heavier 1.4mm PU wall thickness making it suitable for high volume extraction of grain, feedstuff, sugar,pellets, aggregates, pebbles, stonechips  etc.

The heavier construction means it will last longer than Pureflex Medium in high volume or demanding applications. It also has a higher pressure and vacuum rating than Pureflex Medium

Manufactured from polyester polyurethane, Pureflex Heavy is microbe resistant making it suitable for applications such as street cleaning machines and contractor lawnmowers where damp or wet products such as grass or leaves may come into contact with the ducting

Pureflex Heavy is flame retardant and fully complies with DIN4102 B1

Pureflex Medium is manufactured from anti-static material but can also be earthed by grounding the copper coated steel wire helix

It has good resistance to oil & fuel making it suitable for oil mist extraction

Approved to TRGS 727 & ATEX 2014/34 EU for use in hazardous areas

Suitable for use with foodstuffs

Temperature range from -40°C to +90°C ( intermittent + 125°C)
