Milkflex CR is a 6bar milk tanker hose but features a thermoplastic helix instead of a steel helix. This makes the hose lighter in weight than standard Milkflex but it’s main feature is the ability for the hose to regain its shape if it is accidently crushed.
Milkflex CR has a constant working pressure of 6bar across the size range and can also be used on suction applications albeit the vacuum rating is reduced compared to standard Milkflex.
The hose liner is white NR and is tested and approved in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 – rubber products intended for repeated use in manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, packaging , transporting or holding food.
The hose cover is a traditional non-marking, smooth cloth impression Blue rubber that offers resistance to abrasion, UV and Ozone.
Milkflex CR is phthalates free
Milkflex CR meets the requirements of 1907/2006/CE ( REACH – Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals).
Suitable for a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C
