This hose is designed for the milk tanker industry.It’s main attributes being it is very lightweight and flexible making it easier for operators to handle when transferring milk.
Milkflex has a constant working pressure of 6bar across the size range and can also be used on suction applications due to it’s high tensile steel
embedded helix.
The hose liner is white NR and is tested and approved in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 – rubber products intended for repeated use in manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, packaging , transporting or holding food.
The hose cover is a traditional non-marking Blue rubber that offers resistance to abrasion, UV & Ozone. Milkflex is phthalates free • Milkflex meets the requirements of 1907/2006/CE ( REACH – Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals).
Suitable for a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C
