Glidetech® Nitrile 10 Bar Extra Flexible Suction & Delivery Hose
Glidetech® Nitrile is a new generation extra flexible 10bar suction and delivery hose which is more flexible than the standard Tufood hoses. It features a PU blend cover which is easy to wipe down and keep clean, improves flexibility, improves abrasion resistance and give the hose a lower co-efficient of friction, meaning it is easier to pull along the floor – as the name suggest, it glides!
It features a white mirror smooth NBR( Nitrile) liner which offers excellent resistance to fatty liquids and foodstuffs as well as food grade oils. Approved in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.260 -rubber products intended for repeated use in manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, packaging , transporting or holding food.
Glidetech Nitrile is suitable for suction and delivery of most food products but is especially suitable for fatty foods which will react with other rubber compounds leading to premature failure and possible contamination.
