Butyl D is a 16bar brewery & distillery hose designed for higher working pressures > 16bar,. The thicker hose wall also fives excellent resistance to kinking on tighter bends.
Butyl D is a premium high pressure delivery hose suitable for transferring.
It features a Butyl rubber liner which is generally considered the best
possible rubber compound with low permeation and excellent chemical
resistance. This results in a hose that can withstand the rigours of regular
CIP cleaning and will last longer in service than other rubber compounds.
Butyl is perfect for non-smell, non toxic, non-taint requirements
Approved in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.260 -rubber products
intended for repeated use in manufacturing, packing, processing,
preparing, packaging , transporting or holding food.
Butyl D is suitable for pressure delivery of most food and drink products.
