BERGALAV Smooth Cover 10 Bar Hot Water Washdown Hose is a high-performance, food-grade hose designed for rigorous washdown and cleaning applications across the food and beverage industry. Constructed for durability and hygiene, it safely handles hot water up to 100°C and can tolerate occasional steam cleaning above 160°C, thanks to its white EPDM inner tube.

This hose is exceptionally flexible and kink-resistant, making it easy to handle in demanding environments. It’s ideal for use on hose reels or carts, and specially engineered to retain its shape on retractable hose reels — ensuring smooth operation and proper alignment when retracted.

The smooth, non-marking blue EPDM outer cover resists abrasion, is easy to clean, and supports optimal hygiene standards in critical environments. Free from phthalates, BERGALAV also conforms to FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600 and EU regulations 1935/2004/2006, ensuring it is safe for contact with food products.
