Supporting significant demands
To support the significant demands of distress purchases, we hold very large stocks of various water (wire armoured) hose in sizes 2″
through to 8″, normally fitted with Bauer-type leverlock fittings or PN16 fixed flanges.
We can and do supply leverlock assemblies with ends secured by stainless steel strapping, but normally recommend our leverlock hoses to be supplied with specially designed swage bands that offer the ultimate in coupling retention, whilst still keeping the cost very competitive. Integraflex directors effectively invented this method around 6 years ago and it is now the norm for the market.
Our Hoses are 100% pressure tested
All leverlock hoses are tested to 1.5 times the maximum
working pressure of 10bar, normally at a ratio of 1:10 , although this can be changed to suit your specific requirements.
Flanged hoses are tested 100%, supplied with a permanent high visibility stainless steel tag and test certificate as standard. We have developed a very effective, yet cost efficient flange & ferrule system that has a ZERO FAILURE rate when used correctly and offers the ultimate in security,safety and traceability, an I.D. the Number 1 choice for market leading pump companies.
