To support the significant demands of distress purchases, we hold very large stocks of various water (wire armoured) hose in sizes 2″ through to 8″, normally fitted with Bauer-type leverlock fittings or PN16 fixed flanges.

We can and do supply leverlock assemblies with ends secured by stainless steel strapping, but normally recommend our leverlock hoses to be supplied with specially designed swage bands that offer the ultimate in coupling retention, whilst still keeping the cost very competitive.Integraflex directors effectively invented this method around 6 years ago and it is now the norm for the market.

All leverlock hoses are tested to 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of 10bar, normally at a ratio of 1:10 , although this can be changed to suit your specific requirements.
